190KW SOLAR GRID TIED SOLAR SOLUTION FOR DEEPAK HOSPITAL JALNA

Brief about the client:  There are many Multispeciality and Superspeciality hospitals in Jalna district and one such renowned hospital is “Deepak Hospital”.

The client has a RCC roof so after rigorous analysis of the site and as per client’s requirement, we finalized the polycrystalline solar module with Fronius German technology inverter. The main reason for selecting this technology is to maximize the output from the solar system.

Solar system capacity: 190kw Solar Grid Tied system with net-meter

Solar PV Modules used: Navitas Polycrystalline – 315Wp solar PV modules with net meter.

Solar Inverter Technology: German technology Fronius inverter has been used with warranty of 5 years.

We have also provided AC and DC protections like SPD’s, fuses, DC MCB, AC MCB, MCCB, single phasing preventer, IP 68 polycarbonate boxes etc.

Solar Panel Mounting Structure: Hot-dip galvanized structure with 10-12feet lifting has been provided. Non-percolating shed has been used for canteen purpose.

Earthing and Lighting arrestor: We have used a 50mm x 2-meter chemical earthing technology. Multiple earthings are used to get the best results.

For lighting arrestor, we have used Taiwan’s ESE lighting arrestor along with 2 pure copper lighting arrestors. The specialty of ESE arrestor is that it is an active type of lighting arrestor with a protection radius of 107 meters.

To connect the earthing to different electrical and electronic components, we have used hot-dip galvanized 25mm x 3mm earthing strip with 11000V insulators for thorough protection.

It’s been more than 3 years and the solar system is working extraordinarily. If anyone wants to see the solar project in Jalna district, then this 190KW project is the best option.
